Mini sessions are designed to be simple, quick, and intentional. Because of their limited nature, the following policies are in place to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all clients.
Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your mini session date and time.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to your session as instructed. Your session is not considered fully booked until the retainer has been received.
All payments, including retainers and any remaining balance, are non-refundable.
Scheduling & Timing
Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and cannot be extended. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early and fully ready to begin at your scheduled time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit within your original time slot. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may result in a forfeited session without refund.
Rescheduling
Mini sessions are non-transferable and non-reschedulable due to limited availability.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, your session will be forfeited.
If the session must be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a new date, time, or location will be provided. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, the session will be forfeited.
Session Structure
Mini sessions are pre-designed and cannot be customized. This includes location, setup, and timing.
Image Delivery
Each mini session includes a set number of edited images. Additional images and full gallery upgrades may be available after your gallery is delivered.
Environment & Safety
Some sessions may take place at outdoor locations, farms, or venues with varying terrain or elements. By booking, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
Clients are responsible for supervising children at all times and following any safety guidance provided during the session.
By booking a mini session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies.
Mini sessions are offered at select times throughout the year, often centered around seasonal sets and limited availability. While I do my best to keep this page updated, the most current offerings are always shared on Instagram. If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to reach out.
